Refund and Return policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, we offer returns within 14 days of purchase. Kindly send us an email at glowallure.shop to initiate the return process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately we will not be able to cover the shipping costs for returns.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
In order to process an exchange, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
It is best to store your jewelry in dry place. You could use your boxes and bags. You can polish the jewelry with the microfiber cloth. In Order to preserve the shine of your new jewelry for as long as possible, we recommend to avoid contact with: Oils, self-tanners, perfumes or other chemicals.
